1. 1.5 Hour session to complete the Business Strategy Framework

2. Additional 1 hour session to deliver your Strategic Blueprint, giving you a 90-day strategy to get you moving in the right direction

Your Choice

When we work with you on the Business Strategy Blueprint, we may uncover gaps like lack of technology, where you feel hiring a tech VA might be a better option than trying to create workflows yourself. You might need help with marketing or figuring out your ideal client, and you might not feel able to manage everything by yourself. Once we deliver your Strategy, you can either walk away with it and implement the changes yourself, or put us on a retainer (no minimum term) to support you in the implementation of it. We'll give you all the options and you can decide what's best for you.
