Build Interest – Before you even think about telling people about your bigger offer, start building interest by offering education that relates to your offer, and something for free (a lead magnet) that only the people that would want your bigger offer, would sign up for
Curate Your Mailing List – It's important you have a healthy mailing list before you launch, it's even more important you warm it up
Nurture Your Audience – Once people complete the form to get your freebie, they should enter an automated workflow. (You will need a CRM for this). Send emails over time to nurture your prospects.
Awareness – Alongside building awareness amongst those that download your free thing, you need a social media and email campaign for the rest of your audience, prior to launching.
Anticipation - Instead of just opening the doors on your offer, hold one more big even first to really get people excited. This could be a masterclass, Q&A or grand opening if you're product based.
Sales - Now, you can start to make sales, but use strategies like, early bird, limited time offers, additional freebies and even a doors close soon policy during your sales period

2. Additional 1 hour session to deliver your Launch Blueprint, giving you a 90-day strategy to ensure you launch successfully

Your Choice
When we work with you on the Launch Strategy Blueprint, we may uncover gaps like lack of tech knowledge, where you feel hiring a tech VA might be a better option than trying to create workflows yourself. You might need help with marketing or building your mailing list, and you might not feel able to manage everything by yourself. Once we deliver your Launch Strategy, you can either walk away with it and implement the changes yourself, or put us on a retainer (no minimum term) to support you in the implementation of it. We'll give you all the options and you can decide what's best for you.
