Strategic Blueprint & 90-Day Action Plan
We start by mapping out your business — what’s working, what’s not, and where the gaps are.
This 2.5 hour strategy session gives us a full picture of your operations, systems, and team performance. Split over 2 sessions we start wfirst with a 1.5 hour meeting to deep dive into your business, followed by the delivery of your personalised Strategic Blueprint over an additional one hour session, where we'll also give you your 90-day plan. You can take it away, or choose to work with us to implement the changes and management needed.
30-Day Audit & Onboarding
During the first month, we get to know your business inside out.
We assess team dynamics, systems, communication, and workflow to identify key priorities for improvement. Alongside this, we'll be implementing your 90-day plan, and will meet monthly for a review which is particularly important after the first 30-days as we get to know your business on a deeper level.
Ongoing Management & Implementation
Once your plan is in place we'll work with you to:

Fixed fee, fully inclusive, within a 100-mile radius of Ashbourne in the Peak District (covering Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire, South Yorkshire, Greater Manchester, and the West Midlands).
Further afield? Travel can usually be accommodated — we'll discuss it on the call.
Who you'll be working with
I'm Lisa. Strategy & Systems Specialist, based in Ashbourne in the Peak District.
I'm personable, direct, and more interested in honest answers than polished ones.
People tend to open up to me, clients, their teams, suppliers, anyone in the room, which means I get a much fuller picture of what's actually going on than a typical consultant does.
I lead a small team with 35+ years of combined business experience, including a Change Manager with three and a half decades inside one of the UK's largest manufacturers, so when we talk about how teams actually adopt new systems, we know.
